After a rough couple of months in which I was under some stress and also had a bad cold and therefore completely neglected my diet and ate a lot of so-called “comfort foods”, I went cold turkey on sugars and starches about three days ago, beginning February 10th. I have decided to use belt notches as my indicator of fat loss. I am currently on my third notch, meaning that losing weight I should move to my fourth, then fifth, then six notch. The belt should fit but not too tightly. I will post every once in awhile for accountability to myself.
